Jayson Shaugabay Jayson Shaugabay 5'10" | Forward Warroad | 2023 State MN | 6’0 Forward | Lakeville South | #3 Overall
Ludtke has been committed to the University of Nebraska- Omaha for a while now. Last year Ludtke had 14 points in his freshman year for Lakeville South with 5 goals and 9 assists. This year for his sophomore year Ludtke had such an outstanding year where he had 50 points! He had 50 points with 16 goals and 34 assists. Ludtke is one of the best playmakers in the state and he is also very fast Ludtke might even be underrated in these rankings at number 3, but we will continue to watch as his high school career progresses. Definitely, the top tier of this high school class, as he is a special talent with great playmaking ability and top-end speed. We think Ludtke will play in high school this next year for his junior year, but who really knows as of now. Definitely NHL potential for him.

Gavyn Thoreson Gavyn Thoreson 5'8" | Forward Andover | 2023 State MN continues the pipeline of East Grand Forks players playing at North Dakota- as he is committed there currently as a sophomore. Panzer is ranked as the sixth-best player in the state and is ranked as the third-best ’A’ player. His freshman year he had a really solid 18 goals and 10 assists for a total of 28 points. Panzer is for sure a very good playmaker and scorer, as this year for his sophomore year he had 14 goals and 22 assists for 36 points. That was a very nice jump from his freshman to sophomore year in total points. On average points per game, it was also a very nice jump as he went for 1.27 points per game his freshman year and then 1.57 points per game his sophomore year. I think he will continue this trend next year as he will be more experienced and the best player on his team. I think he could go for upwards of 40 points next year.
